Founded a venture-backed relationship-health AI company from scratch. Raised capital, recruited a CTO and COO, built the multi-agent architecture, trained domain-specific models, and designed the end-to-end product across mobile, web, and app. Owned research, validation, and pricing, pivoting the company on market evidence and scaling to millions of user conversations. Grew users 12x in four months through organic reach.

Provide governance and oversight for Long Beach Transit, an agency serving more than 18 million annual riders. Designed and championed the organization's AI strategy and its implementation across departments, and provide ongoing guidance on several industry-leading customer experience initiatives. Partner with the CEO and executive team to advance organizational priorities through a balanced budgetary process.

Managed end-to-end customer experience within Business Development, leading teams of 25+ across engineering, legal, brand, and mission management through multiple launch campaigns and customer events. Ran recurring analysis of the global small-satellite market, supported international MOUs and LOIs, and built internal tools to model and track the future customer pipeline for Finance and executive leadership. Designed ITAR-compliant customer experiences across the Long Beach HQ, Mojave test site, and launches.

Built a constituent database and reporting dashboard, later adopted by several City Council offices, that turned calls, emails, and letters into trend data for city leadership. Researched the citywide digital divide behind an initiative that expanded internet access to thousands of residents, and shaped Innovation District and space-sector strategy that helped inform the Long Beach Accelerator and Space Beach.
