Randy Rawlings is a founder and operator based in Long Beach, California. He is the founder and CEO of Aneu, a venture-backed AI company, and serves on the Board of Directors at Long Beach Transit.

His background runs across consumer AI, aerospace, and government. At Virgin Orbit he led customer experience inside Business Development, running cross-functional teams through multiple launch campaigns. Earlier, in the Long Beach Mayor’s Office, he built the constituent data systems the city ran on and helped shape its innovation and space-sector strategy.

He works on applied AI, product, and the systems that let small teams move quickly.
